These data are also used to keep you updated on your order.

All orders are paid via the payment option iDEAL (Netherlands) or via Bancontact (Belgium).
MSA BV manages the online shop, arranges payment transactions, arranges the delivery of orders and in this respect processes personal data. It does this on behalf of ALK in the role of data processor. Appropriate contractual arrangements are in force with MSA.
ALK informs online shop customers and visitors by e-mail about lactose intolerance and Kerutabs, but only does this if you give your consent. If you no longer wish to receive this service, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each e-mail message.
When sending mailings, a system is used that provides insight into how e-mails are opened (open and click behaviour). These data are used to optimise the content of our mailings.
